About us
Cheeky Monkeys is a purpose built Playschool with its own large private secure garden. It is conveniently located on Chapel Road which is in between Malahide and Portmarnock. HSE approved and insured with Early Childhood Ireland, fully qualified and Garda vetted staff. The maximum number of children in the group is twenty. We are part of the ECCE scheme.
The Early Childhood Care and Education scheme was launched in January 2010. The scheme is open to children aged 2years 8months by the 1st September each year. The scheme covers children for 3hours of pre-school, 5days a week, 38 weeks per year. Please contact Rachel for more information.
CURRICULUM:
Children are seen as active learners, so I have developed a curriculum which empowers young children to actively purse their own learning. The curriculum includes a variety of activities that promote each area of child development ie. Personal ,Social and Emotional Development, Early Maths, Language, Creative Development, physical development and understanding and appreciation of the world.
Our professional staff are dedicated to creating a safe and friendly environment for your child to explore, learn and develop their skills through our play-based curriculum. We take pride in complying with the highest standards.
